The numbers behind the mission
We measure success in wages freed up, families protected and savings built, not just cards shipped. Here is seven months of a live Bangladesh pilot, in the open.
Growth that builds on itself
Companies bring workers, workers bring daily use, and daily use builds a credit picture no bank has.
Depth, not just a headline
A $40B wage market the banks chose to skip.
This is not charity. It is the largest under-served market in the region. Garment workers, drivers, factory hands and farmers keep Bangladesh moving, yet most are paid in cash and shut out of banks. A verified wage is the credit signal the banks ignored, and we built the tools to lend against it safely, at scale.

Bottom up, that is billions in yearly revenue from products a worker actually needs: early wages, insurance, savings and credit. We reach them through their employer, at almost no cost to acquire.
One card, a different life
No more loan sharks
Workers swap debt at 20 percent a month for free access to the pay they have already earned.
Insurance, often for the first time
For many cardholders, this is the first health and accident cover they have ever had.
A savings habit, without trying
Round-ups and auto-invest quietly build a cushion. ৳6.2 Cr saved across the base so far.
A credit record that counts
Every repayment made on time builds a real score, opening the door to bigger limits and future loans.
Payroll is the collateral. The card does the rest.
Employers bring their whole workforce, so it costs us almost nothing to reach a worker. We earn a little across four lines, and never from a worker's wage.
Interchange
A share of every Visa purchase a worker makes, paid by merchants, at no cost to the worker.
Earned-wage margin
A small flat fee on early wage access. Never compounding, never a percentage that traps.
Insurance attach
A referral margin on the group cover and add-on policies workers choose to take.
Lending margin
As credit history builds, larger salary-backed loans at fair, clearly stated rates.
Whose balance sheet? Wage advances are funded through a partner-bank facility, not worker deposits. Every advance is secured against pay a worker has already earned, which is what keeps losses low.
Bangladesh first. The region next.
A card built on verified pay, early wages and QR payments works anywhere people are still paid in cash. What we are proving in Dhaka is built to travel.

Give your team the card they have already earned
Onboarding takes an afternoon. It is free for employers, it changes a worker's month, and a simple dashboard shows you the difference.
No cost. No hardware. Live in days.
